BIX FARM
Bix Farm lies deep in an Oxfordshire valley, surrounded by fields and woodland, in striking distance of Henley-on-Thames. Bordered by country lanes, with open views to the fields and rolling hillside, the farmstead is an incredibly picturesque conversion of an 18th Century timber framed stable barn.
Heritage approved structural renovation and reinforcement to create a stunning three-bedroom dwelling. Additionally, conversion of numerous brick and flint, slate roof outbuildings into a luxury guest house. Brick & flint home office, timber framed balcony structure and shaded terraces.
The original pigsty was rebuilt using a timber frame to compliment the pool with a traditional cast concrete roman end.
Numerous centuries old features were delicately restored to update and sustain this Farmstead.
