This 5 storey residential building has been designed as a lightweight reinforced concrete frame, built over a concrete basement.
In order to maximise the internal space, the concrete columns were designed as slender to fit within the internal partition walls.
Centrespace also produced the drainage design for the project, liaising with Thames Water to come to the most cost effective solution.
The basement temporary works were designed by Centrespace to resist the highways surcharge loading.
