Located at the gateway to the city Spellman Street occupies a prominent position in East London. With such a prestigious location the planners were keen to make a statement with the extended roof structure.

An aluminium grid shell was designed to sit over the top two floors creating an eye catching and functional feature which provided shade and screening for the penthouse flats.  

​

The views back to the city are spectacular featuring some of London's most iconic landmarks.
